adhesive: foam, glue dots, Scotch ATG
ink:  Delicata Golden Glitz
machine: Sizzix, Tim Holtz Vagabond
paper: scrapbook - the Paper Studio Classic Ornaments  
   cardstock - gold foil, white
recycle: gold twine from a pkg, 
   one end was frayed and for vintage look I frayed the other end after cutting & tying
stamp: My Craft Spot Tiny Tags Christmas - sentiment on inside
Tim Holtz: die - Carved Ornaments #2, Noel, Tree Blueprint - star   
   paper - cardstock - gold, green
tools: MIST
